<div><br />Bizonyára már Ön is értesült róla, hogy a tudományos indikátorcélok elérése is kiemelt fontosságú az Egyetem számára.<br /><br />A teljesítéshez elengedhetetlen a publikációk láthatósága - hiszen jól tudjuk, hogy nem elég megírni a publikációkat nagyon fontos a pontos rögzítés is - a Magyar Tudományos Művek Tára (MTMT) adatbázisában.<br /><br />A könyvtári szakreferens kollégákkal célul tűztük ki, hogy a SZE tudományos publikációk bibliográfiai adatainak MTMT-be történő pontos rögzítésében még jobban kivesszük a részünket és rendbe tesszük 2020-2021-2022-es éveket, melyben nagy szükségünk van az Ön segítségére.<br /><br />Amennyiben vannak olyan 2020-2022 közötti publikációi a Magyar Tudományos Művek Tárában (MTMT), ahol az intézményi affiliáció nem szerepel vagy nem jól szerepel kérjük, hogy a mellékelt dokumentum kitöltésével adja meg azokat a közleményeket, ahol a hozzárendelés utólagos beállítását kéri.<br /><br />Tisztában vagyunk vele, hogy a publikációk bibliográfiai adatainak helyessége szerzői felelősség, ezért szeretnénk segíteni az Ön munkáját.<br /><br />Abban az esetben, ha Ön minden szempontból naprakészen tartja az adatait az MTMT adatbázisában kérjük, hogy a levelet tekintse tárgytalannak.<br /><br />Bármi további kérdése van, kérjük forduljon hozzánk bizalommal!<br /> </div>

<div>Dear Colleague!<br /><br />If you are well-informed, you could heard that achieve the scientific indicator is highly important to the university.<br /><br />To achieve the indicators, the visibility of the publications are essential – we know not just the publications writing is important, to fix it is also a significant step – in the database of MTMT.<br /><br />The University Library staff are aimed that we correctly register the SZE scientific publications bibliographies in MTMT between 2020-2022 and in that work we need your assistant.</div>
<div><br />If you have publications between 2020-2022 in MTMT where the institution affiliation is missing or incorrect, please fill in the form above with the necessary information to be add them in the Hungarian Scientific Bibliography.<br /><br />We are aware of the correct publication bibliography is the responsibility of the author, so we want to help your work.<br /><br />If you up to date your all data’s in the MTMT, please pass by our e-mail.<br /><br />If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask us.</div>
